Engaging with the community is essential to the success and sustainability of any project. To ensure that our Community Playlist project continues to grow and thrive, we need your input. We are launching two important surveys designed to collect valuable data that will help us secure grant funding and guide the future direction of the project. Your participation will make a real difference.


Why Your Voice Matters


Community-driven projects rely on the people they serve. Without clear feedback and measurable data, it becomes difficult to demonstrate the impact and value of the project to potential funders. These surveys will help us:

This survey aims to gather insights about your experience as a performer, musician, and/or host with Community Playlist.

It covers topics such as:

  • Accessibilty & Format

  • Inclusion & Belonging

  • Performer Impact & Benefits

  • Mission & Community Impact


The questions are straightforward and will take about 5-7 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us understand what works well and what could be improved.

2. Audience Feedback

This survey aims to gather insights about your experience as an audience member at a Community Playlist performance.
